The memo was the first official assignment of the semester. We wrote our memos to Mr. Vincent Boudreau, president of City College. The memo was meant to bring up an issue at our school and persuade Mr. Boudreau to make a change that would solve that issue. The document is brief and concise because memos are meant to grab the readers attention and contact you for more information if the topic is of interest to them.
