An engineering proposal is a document created by a group of engineers. The document is usually written to an organization or person in power that has control over funds and projects. The document must convince this person/organization that you are responsible, qualified for the job, have a good idea and design, there is a need for your project, and that is it worth their money. Ultimately, you are asking for funding to complete your project. My group and I wrote a proposal for a portable koala enclosure in order to save koalas from the Australian bushfires.
