“Practice using various library resources, online databases, and the Internet to locate sources appropriate to your writing projects”

In all honesty, I do not feel like I fully met this course learning outcome. Much of my research for my projects was done on google. Only a couple of my sources ever came from the CCNY library, or a different online database. However, I always made sure the sources I found on google were reliable. I made sure to only get information from government websites, or well know and published news sites. Although I had reliable information, I did not gain much practice using various data bases in my research. I also know that I did not achieve this course learning outcome because I do not feel fully comfortable using the CCNY online library yet since this is my first semester and first time ever accessing it.
